I find if I have the product plugged into the computer, then shut down computer. Turn it on the next day and it won't turn on automatically by itself. I have to manually un-plug and re-plug to get it start again.
Meaning I have to do this EVERY DAY when I first turn on the computer, anyone else have this issue?

Radsone_EmilyIt's ok no worries, both Radsone and Drop handled it really well and I was glad at least the problem was resolved quickly. I might try a different unit from Radsone again in the future. :)
