With vintage Arabic numerals surrounding multiple subdials, the Seiko Classic Chronograph resembles the dashboard of an old Aston Martin. It’s constructed with a polished stainless steel case and a leather band—not unlike the interior of one, either Read More
Fastest massdrop package I've ever gotten, took only two and a half weeks from purchase date (I also bought it several days before the drop ended and am not located in the US)!

Looking good! My first above-5-dollar-watch and I'm liking it so far.
arebokertStill going strong! It's still my only watch and with daily wear it still looks as good as new. I use the chronograph every day when I make tea and the watch keeps pretty good time barely loosing anything even with months of use.
Thedonn007No. The chrono seconds hand does move at 5 steps per second as I remember. Nearly as smooth as many mechanical movements, less so than an Accutron II or Precisionist. But of course that is only when running the chrono and draining the battery at maximum rate.
OkanaganguyIt actually times the elapsed hours and minutes on that subdial. The little middle subdial is running seconds, and the main hand is chronograph seconds.
Does Seiko not put their vk64 Mecha-quartz moments into their own watches? If this had it, I would have jumped on it in an instant.
Massdrop needs to bring in more 40mm or less mech or Mecha quartz chronos that don't cost a billion dollars

Seems like there is a quartz chrono invasion on Massdrop this week.
If I had to pick a chrono quartz (and I recently did - SNA411) I’m going with a Seiko.
When it comes to the automatic side, we all whine and moan about various movements, who makes them, where they are made, etc.
Seiko invented quartz. They literally grow their own quartz crystals. If you understand what you’re getting and appreciate it, it’s a very nice unpretentious Watch.
