You are demanding customer service from a fellow customer.. You posted your demands and email address to a public conversation about the watch. All your order details are on the Transactions page on your account, click on the brown coloured B on the very top right corner. (I don't work at Massdrop either, don't yell at me too)

Does anyone know a way to tell what second language for the day will be? I have one with Spanish/English, but I would love one with French/English. In the photo above it looks like German.

Yeah, just out of curiosity I went to a shop here in Montréal and they were in fact available in English/French, pretty nifty! But full price is hard for me to spring for, even if I like to support my local shops.

FrancoisVigneaultWell, lo and behold, my SNZF turned up today and it was, indeed, French/English! After the discussion here I didn't expect it, but I'm delighted. Nice surprise. Still no way I could have known, wasn't listed anywhere in the description, but still pleased.

I'm not on the logistics team, but I don't think we would declare the MSRP if that wasn't the sale price. I'm quite certain that the declared price will match the price we sell at.

I'm based outside of the US and I shop regularly. MD always declare the actual price you paid, but not the MSRP. so shoppers based overseas should not worry about being taxed at MSRP once your purchased item reaches its destination.

Massdrop gives you little or no warranty as usual. I purchased a dash cam and it broke down after one month. Massdrop told me they only warranty for 30 days and after that I have to contact the manufacturer in China and they wouldn't even provide me the contact information. If you are buying electronic or mechanical items from Massdrop please think twice about their warranty services before you throw your money away.

After trying to correlate a retailer's warranty to SEIKO's quality standards, you further go on to include six sigma into the equation to justify your claim? Sorry, but your reasoning is hyperbolically overstated!
The 10$ extra is not for the 3 years of warranty, but a retailer to retailer price difference.
Its just that Joma goes a little further to provide customers with an aftermarket warranty. Would you really need it? Well, I wont be brave enough to say NO!
I have read reviews where MD flat out rejects customer returns for products that were found to be defective after 30 days but well within 2 months of their purchase; I believe a few Seikos were included. Derive an equation for Seiko movement failure rate with just a few data points from MD & i will buy you a beer.
The only time i buy a product from MD is when they clearly state "manufacturers warranty."
I also think MD should clearly state "No Warranty" where applicable, so new customers are not misguided.

PictoriusIf they are the same lug width it should.... The case shape and depth of the Lugs look the same but would need to just put them up to it to see....

I bought my Sea Urchin here 2 years ago and I have no regrets about it. I do want to share that this is the same price as Amazon has it for and you can have it in 2 days if you want.
