Buke9Give them time. I received defective headphones on one drop and e-mailed them about it and it took weeks to get a response. I think on the e-mail end of things they are a little overwhelmed at times.
If you are on the fence about this one, I highly recommend it. The incredibly detailed titanium scales are something you have to see in person to believe. Seriously a work of art on every level. By far the best craftsmanship I've ever seen on a knife at this price range. Super lightweight for daily carry as well. Most beautiful chaparral for sure. The only downside is that the titanium scales are very easy to micro-scratch on the back since they are just the smooth titanium without any texturing like on the face of the scales. This really is a gentleman's daily carry as it is almost too beautiful to use. Im going to hand this knife down to my kids someday as I'm sure it will be a favorite. I bought this off knife center for $200 so mass drop did a good job with pricing this time. Note that mine didn't come as sharp as most spydies do (however that was probably just a fluke). Seriously considering getting another. I hope spyderco does more scales like this one. I wasn't impressed with the newer stepped titanium chaparrals...
I don't need a knife that is smaller than the native. This looks like a smaller version of the native which is already too small to fit my hand.

I've read that most people don't like this knife as much as the Sage, yet it is more expensive. Does someone who owns it have an opinion about it? I have the titanium and the carbon fiber sage, is there any reason to pick up the chaparral?
