The pleather covering the ear cushions came apart at the seam, revealing mint green foam. No razors on my ears, not even ear rings or screws sticking out of my cranium.
Considering they have only been used sparsely and indoors, it´s disappointing.

I contacted Thinksound directly and they send me replacements. They are aware of the problem.

causticHad same issue, but it was three years after I bought these. Bought replacements for $20.00, seem a little better.

Pleasantly surprised. Does anyone know what species of wood these cups are made of? Forgive me if it's already been asked, I just can't be bothered to sift through 100 or so comments.

I joined the 10/14 drop for these headphones, and today I began noticing some tearing of the earpad at the inside seam. I've had these headphones for less than a month and haven't done anything negligible or rough enough to warrant this. Is there any way I could receive a replacement earpad? I love these headphones but it's a bit unfortunate to have this happen so soon after receiving my pair.

decommoHeadband went from fabric to the pleather, One of the headband pieces went from plastic to metal, it was a weak point, and some small tuning tweaks to the sound.

So they are 50 ohms can a mid range cellphone power these i wonder? specifically the one plus x? I have a set of sennheiser 50 ohms OtE headphones and they sound tiny.
also can anyone give me there opinion on over the ear headphones vs on the ear, never owned a pair?

JonnyJI don't think you'll have a problem driving these with your phone. They are not power-hungry.
