Product Description
Tin HiFi has earned a lot of praise from audio enthusiasts for its T2 and T2 Pro: two IEMs whose sound and build quality punch well above their price. A continuation of this series, the T3 promises more of the same, with dual drivers (one 10-millimeter dynamic and one Knowles balanced armature) and an upgraded 5N eight-core oxygen-free-copper-plated silver cable Read More

Got these back in 2019 and I remember they blew my mind. It was my first pair of IEMs and I was surprised at how good they sounded even though they're so small. I used these for gaming and music. The wire that came with these are insanely durable and high quality. The only issue is that one of the ear pieces stopped working after 2 years, but I'd say they were still worth it.
I think I'd still prefer the T2s over these. I think it's all down to personal preference though, give both a try and see which one you'd prefer. Both have great build quality so they're all good for just grabbing on the go and tossing around in a bag for the most part.
I can't believe I bought these so long ago and guess what...still use them. No, they aren't a daily driver but sit on my desk for use when needed. Good value for the money spent.
I bought these IEMs in July of 2020 and if you had asked me to give a review of them then, I would have been strongly tempted to give them one star. I disliked them to the point that, after trying again and again and again to settle in to them, I just shelved them and moved on to trying out other IEMs by other manufacturers.
My issue, and seemingly the issue of a lot of other people, was just how sharp the sound got towards the high end. I would listen to tracks of all sorts of different genres on different sources and would get these spikes maybe every song, maybe every other song that would make me want to rip the things out of my ears to protect my hearing. But I do, eventually, come back to wanting to try them again. They have a fairly complete sound, without any muffling or any sort of presence that makes it feel like you're listening to the music while wrapped in saran wrap. In the music I listen to, it never seems like anything is getting lost in the rest of the sound. I've also found that they make for a decent choice for listening to stuff like podcasts, with voices coming in very clear. Just be mindful of the vocal quality of the podcaster, because people with higher-pitched voices (like Elliot Kalan, just to name someone whose voice didn't mesh well for these earbuds and me) can make for a bad time.
While these may not be spending any more time in my bag, I know that I will continue to pull them out whenever I start to get a little restless and/or a little bored of the sound I get out of whatever headphone I use in my day to day. If for no other reason than just because I have nothing else quite like them.
