It's pictured with TRRS 2.5 termination, but the description says 3.5, so what??? Besides that, several sites published the TRN press release. There, it's stated as swappable plugs in 2.5/4.4 balanced + 3.5 SE. Which one is true? Very confusing. Please clarify asap! For reference: https://gadgetgenerations.com/trn-announces-ba15-a-flagship-iem-with-15ba-drivers/ "The TRN BA15 comes bundled with a 16-core silver-plated OCC copper cable that has swappable termination plugs. It is a 240-strand Litz braided cable that allows the BA15 to deliver a dynamic and true-to-life sound reproduction. The package includes 3.5mm single-ended, 4.4mm balanced, and 2.5mm balanced termination plugs."
Sorry about that......- damn press release. The box shows three options: 3.5mm, 2.5mm or 4.4mm and the 3.5mm is underlined. Looks like we didn't have any option on which termination we wanted. Not sure my reaction yet on these......didn't seem overly bright - mid-range/highs seemed clear but not sure there is a lot of low end bass we'll see after I finish running them through the 1More burn in app. Haven't seen any professional reviews yet.
Woooooah BA15 is gonna be an interesting set. Why only a BA dedicated to the bass? It’s the most crucial frequency imo. My V14 have 4 BA dedicated to the bass and it slaps hard and deep.
League544I recently picked up a pair of Shanling AE3 earbuds, which have two BAs in each ear. The bass is amazing, but way overdone. And the crossover between the two BAs leaves the midrange a bit thin and wonky. Maybe more BAs with a proper crossover would sound better.
