I bought this because I broke my IEM cables by accident and I wanted to have a wireless experience with my IEMs. I bought these and have been using it constantly. I got the mmcx connector and it started to get loose and the audio will be cut because the connection is loose. Maybe I won't have a problem with the 2 pin version types of IEMs.
These get the job done if you don’t have an audio jack on the device you’re listening from. They do have an audible hiss though, and for that reason alone, I don’t use them too frequently. The curvature of the wire is pretty rigid, so some of my IEMs would not fit in my ears well with these. After about 30m of listening the bulky piece that sits behind the ear gets uncomfortable for me. All in all, I’d say this product does what it claims, but with a cost of turning the quality to that of a general ear bud.
Allows me to use my IEMs wirelessly, which I need for some devices which do not have headphone jacks anymore. User experience is quite seamless, functions as any normal bluetooth earphones would. I do not really experience the noise floor other reviews are noting but maybe I'm just not as sensitive to it.
Like:
ability to choose between and upgrade the earhooks for mmcx .78 and .75 connectors
got the additional earhook types through a l i express
fit for the 0.78 earhook and my KZ ZAX works very well.
Dislike:
way too much white noise more than I would expect and that I hear on other BT devices.
mmcx earhook for my Tin HiFi T2 Pros just doesn't allow me to get an effective and comfortable fit
checking voice quality on calls, sounds like I'm in an echo chamber
Edit:
used some 3rd party ear tips for my different IEMs and that mostly fixed issues with earhooks and fit
later purchased AZ09 Pro equivalent (sadly only available wit 0.75 pins but there are adaptors that will work for mmcx etc
AZ09 has FAR SUPERIOR quiet sound floor
These BT modules make good on the promise to connect to your iem and offer a Bluetooth connection for 5 hours, but there are problems.
Connecting the BT30 to the Massdrop Plus iem is impossible using the correctly chosen cable without cutting the rubber that surround the pins.
Once connected, the noise floor sounds as if it is at -70db and distracts from all music with quiet music passages and colors all other music.
The ability to drive 32hz bass is not great either.
I'm super disappointed. Not an audiophile product.
My cheap $15 buds have better noise floor and bass, but not as detailed.

Amazing!!! But..
This product is amazing for IEMs making them wireless as someone who wears glasses they still fit nicely behind ears. Shame you cant buy the connecters seperate for two pin IEMs or w/e connecter you need for your IEMs.
Not an audiophile, so I don't have great insight on how this affects the sound. I'm also using this with a pair of blon bl-03s, so take that with a grain of salt. At first blush, it doesn't feel drastically different, sound quality-wise.
Kind of surprised at how bulky it looked in person, but after wearing it for a couple hours, it's pretty comfortable, even with glasses on. I haven't really noticed that there are these arms tucked behind my ears.
The charging case it comes with feels sturdy, but it's thick and bulky enough that I don't think I would take it with me traveling anywhere. For comparison, it's about twice as big as the case for the Samsung Galaxy Buds+.
The battery life also feels woefully short at 5 hours, but it is as advertised.
Another thing to take note of, the notifications when they connect/disconnect are very loud, and it doesn't seem like the volume is linked to the device I'm using. It's actually a big pain point for me as far as seamlessness and ease-of-use.
I don't think I could recommend this unless $75 really didn't mean much to someone. It's neat in theory, but I wouldn't see any reason to get these over almost any pair of wireless IEMs.
