U-Boat Tipo 01 Titanium Automatic Watch

Large, distinct, and legible, the U-Boat Tipo 01 is a stunner. Even with its 50-millimeter diameter, the watch isn’t terribly heavy, which we can thank the titanium case for. The dial is laid out with large Arabic numerals at every hour (which are even larger at 4, 8, and 12 o’clock). In non-traditional fashion, the crown and the date window are positioned on the left side of the case. The strap and the dial have a distressed, vintage look, but the movement is all modern: a 25-jewel powerhouse with a 38-hour reserve. Rounding out the timepiece is a sapphire crystal and a water-resistance rating of 100 meters.
