We all remember the Chord Mojo drop and how they publicly decried Massdrop and stated they would not offer support because it was through an unofficial third party, probably for reasons directly related to this.
Without official manufacturer support for the drop, they cannot account for whatever a non-partner vendor may do to their product, which includes repackaging scams and other such modifications... so again, no warranty.~~
EDIT: Nevermind, apparently further down the thread UltimateEars confirms official support and a warranty. They REALLY NEED to amend the item description and make a discussion post sticky to keep comments like this from continuing to be made and confusing people.
