The onboard DAC supports 32-bit, 384 kilohertz PCM decoding, as well as DSD up to DSD 256. (It also offers a solid dynamic range of 130 dB with distortion levels as low as -115 decibels.) Small but mighty, the headphone amplifier outputs 30 milliwatts of power in each of its two channels—making it a great choice for low-impedance headphones. Measuring up in dimensions as well as audio, the all-aluminum CHRONOS is less than two inches long and less than half and an inch thick. Monitor your audio from the sleek onboard LCD screen, and take hi-fi audio with you wherever you go.
