My TA-01 arrived with a dead power supply. Is there any way to get a replacement?

JCrukContact support@massdrop.com to start the RMA process. When you get your unit working let me know if you have POT noise adjusting the volume at low levels. I have 2 units both with the same issue and I'm not certain whether it's due to an overall quality issue with the POT or if I got unlucky twice.
