Mine is still running great over a year later. I did change the tube right away. I hope quality hasn't started to suffer.

heliosphannThe screws are just a hex (allen) wrench. To open it, remove the top two screws from the front panel and the top two screws from the rear panel. It helps if you slightly loosen the bottom two screws on the rear panel as well.
