This amp is really aimed at the IEM market. It will power the typical dynamic without problems. I have my gripes with the 789, it's skewed (read squelched) macro dynamic and leading edge etch. Yet this ONE is tempting for my IEM collection. The AAA designs don't offer much in the way of space, likewise IEM's don't either. That clarity would be addictive however.

achristilawInteresting description of the 789. Out of curiosity what amp is your go to that doesn't do those things?

achristilaw"squelched macrodynamics".... you need to stop reading so many esoteric reviews. I have the 789, paired with the D70 and it's the best sounding rig I've yet heard.

Interceptor69It's called having a command of the English language. Good for a cheap amp. Not nearly the best I've heard.

achristilawClearly you're on the wrong site. Your excellent command of superfluous verbiage doesn't impress.
