Emile Henry has been around since 1850, making ceramic bakeware for professionals and home chef’s alike. This traditional French-style “beurrier” butter pot is infused with every bit of craftsmanship that made the company famous. To use it, just pour water from the tap into the bottom, spread a stick of softened butter in the top, and invert the base. With regular water changes, the butter will stay soft and fresh for up to 30 days without refrigeration.
