You don’t have to own a Ferrari to appreciate the Ferrari Pilota automatic watch. Decked out in a jet black and red colorway, the watch has all the racing vibes you could ask for Read More
I think the specs are wrong, there are several sources indicating the movement is ETA Valgranges A07.211 and it has indeed Sapphire Crystal and Sapphire exhibition case black. Check:
I'm seriously considering joining, I like the watch, the movement and the specs... I find the price seems to be great, not as good as some Victorinox with the same movement, but I like this Ferrari (by Movado) more. I found some pictures from an actual owner here: https://insta-stalker.com/post/Bs-8peyn2t8/
It's made by Movado, the movement is real nice, I have a Victorinox Ambassador 241193 with the same movement, but that was a bargain at under $300 with sapphire etc. The lack of sapphire crystal is the big drawback to this watch, but it does look nicer than my Victorinox though.
Mine arrived several days ago. I've been wearing it since and I like it, though it will definitely not be a daily wear for me. It is a big and particularly thick watch, I have a nearly 8" wrist. The band was a bit fiddly at first, but is easy enough to use once you get the method down pat. Came with very impressive and extensive packaging - which I guess reflects the original retail price. Watch overall is finished very well, one of the applied markers isn't quite perfect (lume strip not centered) when examined very closely, but I can't criticize anything else other than the finishing on the hands being more like a watch in the price point paid here than the original $2000+ purchase price. Very very happy at the price paid here. The movement is well finished, and has averaged +1.5s/day for the past 4 days. The lume is not great, but not terrible. The crystal has a pleasing slight dome to it.
