Its not a prohibited weapon, by any stretch of the imagination, sells readily from Warriors and Wonders out in BC. So no, a cop wouldn't have any basis for that kind of charge unless you were using it to commit a criminal act, at which point a pen can be a weapon.

What's the chance that we'll get a black version of this drop. I've had my eye on this knife for a while now but would really prefer not to get the OD green version. That said, I'm not sure I can wait haha.
