When you wear a Hamilton watch, you wear a piece of Swiss-made history. The Khaki collection is arguably the most revered in the company’s lineup Read More
I hope all of you put these types of comments on Amazon and jomashop while looking for a new watch. Mistakes happen and that shit sucks but 99% of watches on Amazon are mislabeled as swiss automatic. Wrong band size and case size. Jomashop has almost every watch with a sub dial labeled chronograph. It sucks for someone looks on here saw the mistake and isnt into watches but this Hamilton Is a badass watch was $55 cheaper then anywhere else online and you all know the watch anyways. Not to mention if you are a collector your searching for cheaper prices and know what movement it has either way
I had no idea about any of this. Very interesting and a bit disappointing. I hope that is not the case though to be honest, I do like a couple of the MD collaboration watches (like the Felix one is actually pretty cool). I suppose only time will tell at this point.
Hello. Due to the discrepancies listed in the description and specifications, we are going to end this run. We will address the issues, correct them and rerun at a later date. We apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you.
Overlooking the most glaring issues with the drop (assuming one could), this bit caught my eye too:
"When you wear a Hamilton watch, you wear a piece of Swiss-made history."Which of course would only be true, if your idea of history begins in 1969, when Hamilton finally stopped producing watches in Lancaster, Pennsylvania--where they had been manufacturing them since 1869. Meaning, for all those who didn't major in History (or Mathematics), that Hamilton's US-made history is actually about double its Swiss-made history.
I don't want to put too fine a point on that, but this is what happens when a copy-writer not only doesn't know shit from Shinola (there's a pun in that) about watches, but also assumes the target audience for that copy is as inept, and let's not beat around the bush here, as young, unworldly and bloody ignorant as she is! Assistant Manager at Forever 21 (or wherever), is not a job qualification for selling watches!
Yikes, that story doesn't make me feel any better!
It's a damn shame, but no company/organization is better than the people they hire, or at least that they train and develop.
Not taking any bets about the future, but I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Meantime, jokes, criticisms and fist-fights are on the house ;- )
Hello! Thank you for your interest in this watch. The description was incorrect. It is not a Chronograph as many of you have called out. We have corrected the title of this run. Thank you to all who called this out!
So I guess the only time anyone from Drop looks at these threads is when they block @RayF comments.
Quickly Ray, insult a snowflake so a mod comes in here.

That thought crossed my mind as well— then it occurred to me they might have lost all the moderators too.
I didn’t even want to consider the Payne Stewart scenario!
Drop. In order to start getting some real cash flowing from watches, you need a new guy. I’m offering my seven year old child that knows what’s a chronograph and how it looks like. You can start with that. You really don’t know what us watch guys are really after.
Chronographs usually have pushers at 2 and 4 o'clock. This watch has ... things at 2 and 4 o'clock. Ergo it is a chronograph. Nailed it. I'm out. It's beer thirty.
