Very comfortable watch to use daily. The movement is fairly accurate, I noticed that mine moves up 1 or 2 seconds in about 2 weeks. Very easy to quickly glance at the time. The stock wrist strap is absolutely garbage. It frays very often and the leather portion is very stiff and uncomfortable, luckily it is easy to replace
I didn't have high expectations when purchasing, just wanted to try it out as the price was so good. Pleasantly surprised at the quality on offer. Slightly large watch otherwise very well built fo the price. Would recommend.
Like all the INGERSOLL products they are beautifully packaged perfect for gifts & this pilots watch was high quality and very unique in design, with a unique strap.
Decent watch for the price, beware smaller wristed folks
While being an all round meh out of the box it does have some things going for it like the 24hr hand, high readability, and an automatic movement that has kept a consistent -2 sec a day when worn.
Biggest critique is going to be the stap and non-hacking movement (I suppose miyota had a warehouse of 8217s to get rid of). The strap will have a bit of a break in period with how stiff it was when it arrived as well as how thick it is. After its broken in; however, it wears very comfortably on a larger wrist but the nylon will fray slightly.
Exactly what you would expect from an auto in this in price range. I like mine so far.
On mine the crown feels sloppy and sometimes when setting the date, it will also change the time. It also has a very fragile crystal, I put a small scratch in mine within in the first hour.
That being said it keeps time very well. I wore it for a week and it was roughly 10 seconds slow by the time I took it off, your mileage may vary.
One thing I would like to see is some sort of illumination on the numerals and hands, not a deal breaker though.
