From KZ, a company that’s made a name for itself with its shockingly inexpensive multiple-driver IEMs, the AS10 represents a push into a higher tier. It features five balanced-armature drivers arranged in a layout to separately handle low frequencies, mid frequencies, high frequencies, and mid and high frequencies Read More

Got those directly from Kz. Cant find better. Heard 16's are better by far but also more expensive. MY fav IEMS hands down.
Make sure to break those. Like a good wine sounding better with age. ;-)
Not sure why I can't leave a review, but I just got my AS10. I am new to IEMs but have several other higher end cans (AKG K7XX, Denon D2000, Sennheiser Amperior, etc.). I am very pleased with the sound and isolation with the AS10. I usually listen to electronic music (trance, house, trap, dubstep) and while I do agree the bass can be a little thumpy, it is a sound that I enjoy (sound is subjective!). I don't find the trebles high at all, hi hats sound clean, vocals come through well. Isolation is quite good even without custom tips!
Criticisms:
Stock tips suck.
I had buzzing when using the cable through my Bose Companion 5 speakers, no buzzing through the PC mobo.
I got the KZ bluetooth cable and will try them out today.
HualicopterHow is the bluetooth cable working for you so far? Was about to order one but it seemed to be a bit "hit and miss" according to the reviews I've seen...
victoman1234Works just fine for me. I don't like how long the cable is. It doesn't have a good keeper like the Jaybirds. There is a more noticeable noise floor with these than other bluetooth headphones I've used. That said, the sound quality is just fine. Can't complain for the price. I see no reason to spend $70+ for other cables.
Why is shipping so incredibly slow? Ordering has ended so why are the orders waiting for April 1st to be sent to the supplier in China? The slow boat from China could take anywhere from a week to five weeks to arrive. I don't think I'll ever order from Massdrop again unless the product in stock in the US.
ejonesCheck you tracking number on this site: http://track.4px.com/
This seems to be a regular thing with Massdrop, the notice said shipped via Fedex, but it's direct shipped from China. Mine landed in NYC the other day and is on it's way, should be a few more days to get here from the USPS.
Yames12The treble was so unbearable I wondered if I got a counterfeit unit (bought them on another site, not Massdrop). Tried 8 hours of burn-in, nothing changed. Unlistenable. I had a terrible and unexpected experience with the AS10 - I had a ZS5 and a ZS6 in the past, and they were actually okay.
maybe if you listen to all instrumentals. the non-existing mids just kills the experience of the vocals. alarm clock radio speakers sound significantly better. i am really trying to help people make a better choice. i spent $99 on some ibasso it01 and can't look back. yes, it is double the price but you do get what you want. so all in all, spend a little more than you intend to. i have a hard time seeing that it will break anyones bank. and if budget is really an issue, just save yourself the trouble and get the monks. its $8 with shipping and really that much better than this poor choice.
