That is some of the ugliest damascus I have ever seen. AND they do not (at least in my pre-cursory browsing of the details) Mention what sort of steels the damascus is made with.. stainless what ? MOV VG10 with a nickle highlight M390 with nickle or ..what ?
~edit~ Oh 302 stainless, poor choice, at least for a knife costing what this does. this ought to be a $50 knife with that steel.. I mean look at the Civivi Praxis etc...)
blackdragonTo each their own I guess. I really like the damascus on this one. My vote for ugliest would be the Spyderco damascus they try to sell here from time to time.
Too much money for me though. The Falcon is way too small for me.
I have a plain model. I have no real complaints. But $330? I could pick up a WE or almost an entire Sebenza. Or a Cold Steel fixes blade in 3V with change. This is art much more than a tool. I have to pass.
14themoneyI bought a 'plain' model as well, at a limited run. until each successive run after that came out made the model I bought less valuable, and in fact each successive model was sold at a lower and lower price, to the point that they could then be found on the secondary market for near or less then half of what I initially paid...
Many of us in the knife community buy knives as an investment, and when you lie and then undercut the price as well as flood the market, the chances of the investments maturing becomes nill and void.
So telling us it is a Limited Run, no longer fills some of us with confidence, unless you mean it, and perhaps refund everyone that bought a limited run at a higher price the difference back . . . ~Rant over
I dig it....wondering if anyone can speak to the performance of the blade? I don't buy art knives that don't get used so if I'm going to drop this much on a blade I need to know I can use the thing.
Still having trouble selling all 50? There's a lesson to be learned here. Probably pays to do a bit of market research, competitive pricing and good old reading the comment next time.

Unless it’s simply working as intended where Drop decides to hide the “number sold” info from user when it’s too low and unpopular, like this item, since the low number could discourage further purchases.
