This is a good intro to the Noble sound, an audio company with strong products in the high end.
Get the lightning cable if you can, to make this a more portable solution.
There are much, much better built IEMs in this price range with similar or better sound, but if you want to get into the Noble range and work your way up, then this is a great starting point.
I do wish the shoe polish style box was more practical, though.
I was out walking just now and the left channel started cutting out, so I took them off and saw that the plastic housing on the (left) two-pin insert was gone and the wires were exposed. Now have zero sound in my left earbud which I'm not thrilled about, my HD6XX also had cable issues (which I had to re-buy a cable) so I'm hesitant to buy a replacement cable from drop. They sounded good for as long as they lasted though.
So first, I got those on sale for 75$.
For that price I think they are among the best iems you can buy.
Build quality is pretty good for the price and the iems themselves are beautiful.
Comfort for me is also very good although I recently got the moondrop aria and they are by far the most comfortable iems I ever used
Sound is obviously subjective but I think the NOBLE X sounds great, they are very detailed and very aggressive compared to the aria although the aria has a better bass and sub-bass (the noble x has almost no sub-bass at all)
I would recommend the noble x to anyone looking for a nice detailed iems
It's not bad. As many have said already, warm IEM with relaxed frequency beyond 4K. But I say buy these only if you like that signature AND if you want to own a Noble IEM. The build is okay, but feels very cheap for $75. The sound is okay for the price, perhaps above average for the price range.
This iem might be good for when it first introduced few years back, but with the recent uprising of newer, better, cheaper iems (tins, blons, moon drops) , it is difficult to recommend this even at its lowest price ($75).
very cheaply made with plastic housing, very sharp at the seams, stiff cables.
