When I first got my pc37xs, the audio was distorted (music sounded weird and ALL of the vocals in music and my friends talking was completely cut out) and the mic didn't work at all. I just RMAed them and got a replacement. They worked fine for about 3 months, and now I am having the exact same audio and mic problems. Is there anything I can do about it, or do I just need to get another replacement or a new headset?
