How does this connect to a USB C android phone? There are suggestions it requires a USB C to OTB USB A adapter, and then USB A OTB back to USB C. A simple USB C to USB C cable won't work - if that's true it's completely nuts. Can we get some clarity on this?
Not sure but it is possible to drive the Dan Clark Audio Aeon R/T Headphone when is connect with the Device?
I don‘t find anything about the Outpower about Ohm things.
Edit:I have test them with the Aeon R/T and it works well with it.A good Solution when you are outside of Home.
Hello,
After my Hidiz S3 has a loose contact, I saw this one.
It looks good and also offers the possibility to change the cable if it needs to be replaced.
For the S3 I bought the Ddhifi tc28i lightning adapter, does anyone know if I can use this with the Nuprime on the Ipad?
It should also work instead of having to use the expensive Apple Kamara adapter.
There is a normal version in the case, which is only different in design but the technical features are the same.
SuperEasonHello,
yes is better as the stupid didihifi 28tci connector.
is really not a good build. When you find a other connector is for sure better as the the 28tci
Considering this next drop, however I am unsure if it will do what I want it to. I am looking for a device that gives me Lightning to Optical or Coaxial SPDIF, does this do that? And is it Optical or Coaxial?
Would it just convert the data coming from a lighting/usb cable and pass it through to an optical S/PDIF cable (digital to digital) into an optical-in port on another (older school) DAC?
YES, this is a special feature we design into the Hi mDAC.
NuprimeAudioAaaah ok, Thank you for the confirmation and info. I guess I can compare (A-B) the mDAC to my older high end non usb DAC when using the same source and switching to optical cable via mDAC.
One last question please: Would the mDAC benefit using a usb jitter cleaner upstream?
Thank You and Happy Thanksgiving
