Samson Go Mic Direct

Uhhh I think the description for this item is just plain wrong. After receiving the device, there is no switch for selecting pickup pattern that I can see. I do not see any option of the kind in the user software, either... Anybody have a different experience? I've also looked at the user manual and it only states that this is an omnidirectional mic: http://www.samsontech.com/site_media/support/manuals/GoMicDirect_OM_5L_V4.1.pdf I'm a little peeved as the different pickup pattern selection was why I chose this mic over some others I was looking at. Buyer beware, I guess. Kinda sucks that now I don't trust Massdrop product descriptions for anything and will have to research each individual item if I'm interested.
