I have the hd650 as well has the hd 700. I would take my hd700 any day over the 650, the comfort is fantastic, if there were a redid version of the 6xx to be more like the 700 that would be great. the sound is on par if not better on the sound stage when compared to the 650. If you can get these on drop here for 400, its an un-passable deal.
only con, the cups use some adhesive and if you get your wet hair this damages the pads. but even with one bad pad the comfort dons't go. its a minor damage to the pad nothing bad.
Super comfy. Sound good. Not a lot of bass but they reproduce sound pretty accurately. I use a sennheiser gsx 1000 amp with it. Open back sound good. Had these for like 2 years.
