Sennheiser HD 700 Headphones

The sound stage and clarity is much better. Their sound signature are different. Below are my finding of two headphone Sound signature: hd650 dark. laid back and lush, hd700 neutral and analytical Clarity: HD700 win by miles, the separation of the instrument is better. Sound stage: HD700 is slightly wider but HD650 Bass: HD650 is slightly better Treble: If you cannot tolerate a high pitch woman then hd700 is not for you. The hd650 is a fun headphone and suitable for all genre of music, where as the hd700 is more suited for jazz, opera, classical and instrument. It can be tiring in certain bright tracks.

Not only is this untrue, but as an owner of both, the HD 700 is in an entirely different category of sound to the HD58X. I'm not knocking the HD58X by any means, but the HD 700 is unquestionably an upgrade in sound by a wide margin albeit a different sound than the Jubilee. And the 58X driver is considerably smaller than the 660S or HD 700 as well.

Now that I actually have HD 700, highly recommend them, and will likely buy another pair. Best bang for the buck headphones IMO. high quality without being extremely expensive. Focal Utopias are waaaay better though.
