Imagine Drop releasing a model called IE6XX using the same IE600's tuning but using a matte black finish instead of that pricey 3D printed zirconium for cheaper. A man can dream :P.

I keep hearing that these sound fantastic but the imaging and sound stage are really average at best...Anyone actually heard them and might be able to chime in? Thanks in advance!

Ferrar0Gr0upThey have good separation, so different instruments at different distances don’t sound mashed together into an intimate wall of sound… but imaging is highly dependent on how well the tuning synergizes with your ears, and each person’s ear is a filter more unique than our fingerprints. What may be average or just OK imaging for someone else might be good for you… this should be good to excellent for 70% of people.

I have not heard these but I have the 500 series and they are amazing. I use them over my custom molded IEMs all the time. Sound great with a Firefly Red
