CartmenI'm pretty sure it's the same as the old tapes, so a 1xDD + 1xElectret, but they are sandwitched on top of each other. If you google search images, you can search: shuoer tape drivers

fieldcarSo if they are a hybrid of Dynamic Drivers and Electet Drivers, the DROP description needs to be changed, because, that means they are NOT _ACTUALLY_ Electostatic... I doubt DROP wants to actively pursue misleading or false advertising, because they seem really focused on their vision and mission.

Cartmenall chi-fi with electret calls it electrostatic so there's that and also if it was a electrostatic it would be a $500+ IEM lol
