How well would these work if driven by an iPhone?

JabudahIt’ll likely drive them, but between the lack of power and subpar DAC you won’t get near their performance potential. At the very least you’d need something like the AudioQuest Dragonfly Red, which is actually what I use.

I finally discovered a suitable cable/tips combo for good bass and a fuller sound: LSC-09 4.4mm cable with Comply TSX-500 tips (the ones with the wax guard.) I tried countless tips and cables these last few months (tips: stock, Xelastec, Spinfit, Tin, Dekoni, Comply TS/T, etc and cables: Linsoul, KBear, TRN, Tin, etc.) but nothing seemed to work until now. The LSC-09 cable gives the sound more body and the TSX-500 tips tame the peaks and add a bit of low end. I'll be keeping the P1 for its clarity--and now enjoyable sound!

Bad portable sound without bass and hight. With desktop amp - good, but cable poor.

There are some specific notes to be aware of. The most important eq band is reducing the 20000Hz by -12. The TinHiFi P1 has such nice extension, but that is its biggest flaw. The 9khz band can be reduced waaay more than what I put. I have it at +10 for specific music genres. The pregain should be -9 and not minus-six, but showing the eq screenshot from my Qudelix 5k (I still need this to get loud). Off my more powerful amp'd Ibasso dx300 dap, I have it set to minus nine. The eq may look like I am making the iem V shaped, but that is to compensate for the iem originally being mid focused and warmish (Well warm if it didn't have that crazy 20kHz extension).

Rubbish...even with free shipping it’s not cheaper through Linsoul. It works out to be around $20 more if using US-AUD conversion.

Hey, does anybody know where I can buy extra ear tips for Tin IEMs?

I'm getting this strange and unpleasant buzzing noise on the right driver, it seems like some vibration of some sort whenever any low frequencies are present. I read on some forums to remove the filter, but I want to check if anyone else experienced it here and figured this problem out.

AsatiirOther update: I figured out the problem. They're working fine, I found out later that they just don't work very well with my Shanling M6 Pro. Tried it with various DAPs and sound sources and it was working fine on all of them apart from the aforementioned M6 Pro.
