Died after 1.5 years
Worked great for 1.5 years. Battery life did not reduce significantly. USB provided higher quality but bluetooth was good enough. It just stopped working. It immediately turns off when anything connects to it. Tried bluetooth and USB. I was very happy until with it until today. I have not contacted support yet.

No warranty, died in < 3mo
edit: don’t give a dime to either of these crappy companies. The DAC died in less than 3 months and Drop offered “get rekt” as a remediation; there is no repair, refund or replacement for this item and no warranty whatsoever.
Definitely a step up from any integrated headphone Jack as you’d hope. Not likely to replace your wired desk setup but it’s very convenient on the go.
minor nits: the audio usb port doesn’t carry power so you need a second cable to charge it. The input selector switch is on the bottom and the usb cable makes it hard to use.
