Got a chance to audit these underdogs. Oh my gosh! They sound awesome. I would say this is the sound the Massdrop EDC wanted to have, with that great and catchy tone but with upscale resolution and clarity. Sounds slightly more balanced and enjoyable than the BGVP DM6 to my ears. Better than Fiio FH5 too.
Definitely worth twice of this current price.

Hi, legit question here.. For me, earphones are gonna be a mobile thing for me, I will very much be unlikely to be using them on my desktop..
Going forward, companies are now slashing out the headphone jack out of their phones, so simply put- are buying IEMs a good idea for someone like me?

JosmosYou can get cheap 3.5 mm cable converters on Amazon, but if you want one that works with almost every phone that has USB-C, get the Razer one off their web site. It's $25 and THX certified. https://www.razer.com/mobile/razer-phone-audio-adapter
I would not get discouraged from buying headphones/earphones. These have very good reviews and come in various colors. Even if a new wired audio standard would come out, XLR and 3.5 mm have been around for a while, and quarter inch aka 6.35 mm has been around since 1877. And online always has converters which will keep you going until your next upgrade and beyond. :)

Balanced amps drive each ear piece channel separately; i.e. separate ground for both. You get a clearer signal, less noise/him. Additionally, balanced amps usually have more power

I have the BGVP DM6, BGVP DMG, Tin Audio T2, Pinnacle P1 and these. I like the Whizzer A-HE03 more than both BGVP’s. They have a great sound if you get the right tips. They are certainly the best looking and have the best fit of them all. I am purchasing a second pair to give as a gift.

I have ordered some IEMs from China,. One suggestion was CCA 16 which is 8 BA per side and very reasonable price. I am ordering from this seller and very reliable in terms of advice and shipment.

The build quality is fantastic with a stylish look to match. Whizzer went with quality over quantity when it came to the accessories so while you don't get as many things as you do with other brands, or even Whizzer's cheaper models, the quality of all items is top notch. Sound is pretty decent, but nothing spectacular. Bass is quite prominent but lacks texture. Treble is smooth and under emphasized making for a signature that is easy on the ears. This one isn't for mid-heads since the mid-range is set back quite a bit from the rest of the signature.
Overall, if you want something stylish and easy on the ears, you could do a lot worse, though my money would be going towards the Planamic or Pinnacle PX that are currently being dropped. That or wait for the BGVP DMG to drop again.

these look and spec wise are very similar to the ibasso it01- is it the same company / reseller of those? even the box and included extras look the same.

naviicamBGGA Reviews are largely the reason for several of my IEM purchases including the DMG, DM6 and these here. I purchased the Moondop Kanas Pro before he reviewed them and I love them. He also praised them. My tastes seem to align with his so it has worked out well for me. The other review posted by jsmiller58 does not align with my views. That reviewer seems to prefer a more neutral and technically accurate sound profiles offered by higher end and more expensive models. I can certainly see where professional musicians and audio engineers might stay away from a set like these but I think many consumers will see the merits of these for what they are. A beautiful, comfortable and great sounding pair of IEMs that don't break the bank.

CyberthingyYup...! I am on the fence, mostly because of BGGA’s review... I have bought the DM6, Kanas Pro, and Tansio Mirai TSMR-3 based on his rec’s (Still waiting on delivery of the latter 2). That’s why I was looking at the Whizzer. On the other hand, with those 3, plus Shure SE846, MD Plus, ATH E-70, Echobox Nomad, plus others, just don’t know if this is a pair to take a chance on... but they are GORGEOUS!
