Didn't Drop used to have a lot more different products? I think when it was called Massdrop, it had a lot of great EDC stuff and other awesome products. Now all I see is mechanical keyboards, switches, and keycaps for the most part. Don't get me wrong, I love keyboards. However, Drop used to be my go-to for a lot of other things as well.
Was this intentional? Or am I missing all the other products somewhere?
Thanks!
Why does the sense75 Keyboard Configurator not handle many things as well as previous the online configurator?
I've now had both a drop ctrl and the sense75 and am confused, the software to configure my sense seems incomplete. I have to reload firmware every time i want to make a change, no per key lighting control, and the preset color profiles that involve multiple colors only give control of one of the options if it changes anything at all. What's confusing to me is that the online configurator for the ctrl, alt and shift had all this and worked fine even if getting the config on your keyboard was more difficult. so when your marketing for the Sense said "No existing platform fit the bill, so we developed one—and it works" I expected a step forward from what you already had not back. Are there any plans to improve this, am I an idiot and just missing an update I need some help here.
Hey everyone, I’m coming back after helping others and moving to a NEW HOUSE (my first!). I would love to crowdsource some suggestions for designing my home office and video studio.
First of all, the room is small to medium sized, a 12.5 foot by 9 foot rectangle, with a window on one of the short sides.
I was thinking of using the other short side (opposite of the window) as a video backdrop. I don’t typically like cheesy green/blue screen backdrops, and since I’m not casting video games I don’t think I’ll need a permanent option to make the background transparent. However, I do have this nice brick 🧱/barn house red paint that I really liked on an accent wall in the living room. It would kind of subdue the background, me and all the headphone products I would hold or put on shelves would stand out against the dark wall. I’ve noticed that if I shine a typical soft white light at the wall it makes a nice golden halo that could look great behind me or a product being showcased...
HELP PLATE MOUNTED STABILIZERS WONT FIT CERAMIC CTRL HIGH KEYBOARD. FIRST TIME BUILDER
Hello I purchased a Drop Ceramic coated ctrl high case with Ever glide panda v3 plate mounted stabilizers and I tried to install them today and do my first keyboard build but it seems lik they dont fit. So i did some digging. and read a post on the reviews with someone saying no drop plated mount stabilizers work but when I looked at the stabilizers included in the Drop paragon snowboard series where they made the ceramic coated case and sold it to the public. in the specs it says its running the drop phantom stabilizers. so im wondering if drop was able to fit those in what is wrong with my everglide panda v3? should I get drop phantoms? Does anyone have experience with this case? or can get me in touch with someone from drop to ask how they fit the drop phantom stabilizers in there. pls help trying to finish my keyboard build without having to file down the case holdes
Hello,
I just created my Drop account this week but haven't received any email regarding the $10 discount they offered. I would appreciate to receive the email.
The order is canceled after payment, I tried to pay with different cards (Lithuanian and Finnish), also with PayPal, but the result is the same, has anyone encountered this?
Hello everyone!
I'm looking to join DKC, but I have a few questions.
The first day of November has already passed. Will I still get the coupon for November immediately after signing up today (Nov. 10)?
What is the definition of Mechanical Keyboard products? Will the coupon apply to desk mats? I believe it should apply to everything listed under this category?
For orders under $79, the coupon will be converted to a percentage discount. Will the percentage discount apply to all mechanical keyboard items in an entire order, or it can only be applied to a single mechanical keyboard item in the order?
Thanks in advance!
I'm having trouble downloading the right file from the keyboard configurator on the drop website. When I download the file for my custom layout it comes as a .bin file however, it says I need a .uf2 file to flash the keyboard.
I currently have some money onto an paypal account, but, its a little short to buy the headphones that i want. is it possible for me to pay one part with the paypal money and the other part with an credit card?
Good afternoon,
I am interested on buying something on drop, its the PC38X.
Currently drop is having a coupon code which gives me a save on 20€ in a purchase above 100€.
Now my question is, should I wait for a sale here and then use the discount code so I save even more or when there's sales, drop doesn't allow us to use discount codes?
If thats not possible, does someone here know the usual discounts they do? Is it 10% or 20% etc.... Just so I know if its worth to buy now with discount code already or not.
Does Alice still live here any more? I'm almost exclusively interested in blank keycaps, preferably cherry profile that are compatible with an Alice board. I'm not at all interested in QWERTY keycaps. I type on a Dvorak board and am transitioning to Colemak. I suppose a dual legend set that has both of those would be acceptable, but I really don't need key legends, and prefer the look of blank keys. Am I in the right place? There don't seem to be many options.
As the title states, i never made an account with drop and was made one after purchasing something here. It's asking me to provide my old password (which i don't have, never made one) to create a new one. usually websites would provide a "Forgot Password" option to recover or change your password but this doesn't. Anyone know whats going on?
