How do you get 24-bit option that works in USB 2 mode on Windows 10?

josehofFollowing. I also need this option if possible. I have done what @tecky1kanobe linked and see that I only have 32-bit options. Is this by design? Do we need to install some driver?

The SDAC Balanced always operates in 32bit mode. If your music file or audio player only outputs 24bits the remaining 8 bits will be sent as zeros. Or, if your player software is doing any signal processing, such as EQ or volume control, it will likely be converting your 24bit audio to 32bits anyway.
