I have a problem with the shoes that came to me. The right shoelaces are a little broken. I sent a Massdrop Support request and hopefully new sets of laces can get sent to me!

guess what arrived today! Despite sitting in NZpost for a week ugh. Great fit, thick as leather, was actually worried they were too large until I put them on. Excellent ankle support as well. Only gripe is summer's coming up so I won't be able to wear them as comfortably as I would like.
10/10 all round!

Seriously, this is ridiculous. Why is support not returning my email? The last email said Red Wing did not have my shoes, and they were not available anywhere. I located my exact boots at the first two Red Wing outlets I called. I let you guys know this, and yet no reply. Where are my boots? Winter is almost over.

MedicmanHas support@massdrop.com been in touch with you (or vice versa)? There are a couple of pairs that were on backorder (as stated before) but my understanding is that customer service would be in touch to discuss. If you have not heard from them then you should definitely send them an email.

Mine arrived yesterday too and have replaced my 20-year-old Danners (which are due for a rebuild). I just wish I could have ordered them in EE size as they are a bit tight, but the fit otherwise is spot-on.
