AAC? Would be super helpful if somebody on the Drop staff could conclusively answer this one: Does anybody know if they support AAC? On the Mee site they do not mention these as having AAC or aptX. But in the troubleshooting section of their support guide https://www.meeaudio.com/bluetooth-support-guide/ they do mention" "In addition, more efficient codecs such as AAC, aptX®, and (especially) aptX Low Latency® offer a lower lag/latency over Bluetooth." Thanks, -alan
AlanDixonDrop rarely includes the codec. I don't think they're being deceptive. They just may be ignorant of the differences in quality that bluetooth devices can transmit music.
I would like to see your review in the review section with a star rating, so that the community can start building an average rating for this product. Thanks for your input!
The headphones intentionally target a 'fun' sound; they are not intended for critical listening. I enjoy the pair I have, but I purchased them for exercise and for non-critical listen while being active. While many cheap TWS earphones flood the market, MEE Audio offers a reasonably well-know brand and, for the $40 I paid, I do not regret buying them and would give them a limited recommendation.
Frequency ranger only down to 100Hz? Seems unfortunate if not a description mistake, then again they are only 5 mm drivers... Maybe someone has heard these and can chime in?
I have some Mee Audio M6 Pro's that I use as in ear monitors for performing and they are an impressive value, plus I had a cabling issue after a couple of months and they sent me a replacement immediately no questions asked. No more problems since.
Do products like this ever get international shipping or will it stay in the US? I live in NZ and its sad to see products like this have US only shipping.
mexanik2109Гарнитура говно, не стоит своих денег. Я пожалел что купил их. Левый наушник постоянно перестает работать, сброс не помогает. Я думал мне одному так повезло, но смотрю в отзывах много людей с этой проблемой.
Small Driver, No apt-X and only IPX5!! Why would I want these?? Bought a pair of GoNovate on Amazon for $29.00. They have apt-X and sound amazing. Very small size also.
Bob3600The MEEs are not bad earbuds despite the lack of aptx. I’d say the sound is definitely not the distinguishing factor between the two. The Demis have a slight edge in that they have (a) a smaller pocketable case that (b) fits deeper/bigger tips and (c) the buds themselves are smaller and lighter and easier to wear for a long time. I think the MEE have a slight edge in mic quality. They are both pretty terrible for calls but the MEEs are better. Both have good sound, good range, and both have issues with the occasional signal interruption. I don’t use the buds around water so the ipx rating didn’t matter to me.
