Money saver
I have a pair of JVC Wood IEMs and a few custom cables that are terminated with 2-pin. These tiny adapters enable me to use those cables with the IEMs.

Totally worked for what I needed
Got these (mmcx female to 2 pin male) to allow simple use of a shorter iem cable for my MD Plus. The standard 4' cable is/was too long for my use case. I use a BT receiver that I clip to my shirt and don't need all that length. No one sells an inexpensive 18-24" cable terminating in 2 pin. FiiO sells one that terminates in mmcx. These adapters bridge that gap for me, perfectly. It has been a set and forget solution for me over the last few years.
(Still, wouldn't mind if Drop would offer a short 2-pin cable someday...)

Seem Well Built
I only used these briefly but they worked as advertised. I keep them on hand in the event I need to swap a cable but don't have the correct interface.

Don't like the price but have found them helpful
As the title states, I find these overpriced. Honestly about twice what they should cost. However, if you have IEMs with 2 or more connectors for the IEMs themselves. Getting balanced cables for each one, if they don't already come with balanced cables, can be expensive. Around $40-$50 for cheap ones, $60-$70 for decent cables, and $80+ for hand built/quality ones. If neither of those options sound reasonable to you, and you have 1 balanced cable already but it only works with one set of IEMS, this adapter is a more frugal option for the money conscious. Balanced cables can cost more then some of the IEMS (and Headphones for that matter) themselves. These, tiny ( if you loses things on the regular you might be better off getting a whole cable) Seriously, they are what they look like, two IEM connectors soldered together. Smaller than the actually metal contacts for a 3.5mm connector. These are useless if you lose 1 so be careful where you leave these guys. Other than that they are nothing magical of something to write home about. I've seen some complaining about issues with their adapters, to which I have not experienced the same claims, mine work as intended.

Left channel adaptor noise (MMCX to 2 pin)
Cracking noises on left channel are apparent after lengthy processes of elimination to rule out other components in the audio path.

Excellent product
This totally opens up choices much more for different cords. They don’t pull apart and are well-made.
