Anyone have the audacity to compare this to apogee products (e.g. groove)? The price is super appealing; I have a pair of HE400s that I wouldn't mind getting something portable for (my apogee one isn't bad but I'm not gonna use it with a cellphone lol).

Does not work with my MacBook Pro (Catalina). The blue light is on and sound output shows ZuperDAC S, but no sound from my headphone connected to the unit. Anyone have suggestions?

Just received mine yesterday and soon as i plugged it there is a static sound that sounds like a dirty vinyl record and the DAC gets hot.
waiting to hear from Drop about returning it .

I bought this lighter last drop--never could figure out how to fill it.
Total waste of money.

Bought one of these a year and a half ago, and have used it lightly without incident. Plugged it in today and heard a split second of sound before it went silent. I fiddled with the volume controls, on the device and source, and still silent. Tried a second device, same thing.
Has anybody else experienced this? Any advice?

The current drop comes as follows, and I really had hoped it would include a lightning cable, to better support the iOS phones, the overview suggests this device supports.

It's amazing the number of people providing a bad review when their product "doesn't work," but they aren't using a proper OTG cable with their phone...

Can I use this with my Samsung android tablet? I wnt watch movies, YouTube and videos.
It seems my Audioquest Dragonfly Red can't do anything. I can use it only for listening the music via USB Audio App Pro.
