I spilled on my DROP CSTM80 keyboard and damaged the circuit board. Where can I get a replacement circuit board? The ones on the Drop Shop site do not look the same as the one in my keyboard. Can you please make a recommendation? Thank you.
Is the drop alt v1 compatible with the official qmk configurator?
I use a Drop Alt v1 and much prefer flashing with compiled .bin files to using the desktop configurator app.
Drop's online configurator has been refusing to compile keymaps, while the QMK online configurator at https://config.qmk.fm/ has keymaps for Alt v2 but not Alt v1.
Are the Alt v2 and Alt v1 compatible enough that a .bin file compiled for v2 will work on my v1?
Thanks for your help!
I'm unable to run the drop keyboard configurator setup
I have windows 11 and I've recently got the cstm80. I'm trying to flash the firmware, but I'm unable to run install the configurator. Every time I try to run the setup file nothing happens.
The version I'm trying to run is: Drop+Keyboard+Configurator+Setup+24.9.6-322.exe
I've tried running as admin, but nothing I do gets it to run.
I'd appreciate any help.
I have had this keyboard for 3 years and I recently noticed the windows key does not work (I recently actually wanted to use it).
I have looked through the keyboard configuator and flashed my keyboard multiple times and it still does not work. The GUI key is programmed but does not work.
I am wondering if there is a shortcut I am missing to get it to turn on?
Edit: Nevermind I figured it out. The one switch conviently had a bent pin out of all the keys and was not making contact with PCB.
Recently, I flashed my SHIFT v1 with the configurator app. Chose XAP and the appropriate keyboard (SHIFT v1) and did some LED config with the online configurator and then flashed the board all with that.
Everything works, LEDs are as expected, keyboard input works...
Except when the PC (Win 10) goes to sleep and then comes back.
Keyboard will have LEDs on, It even wakes the PC up when I press a key (so there is some input being sent) but, once the PC wakes back up, the keyboard will not send input unless I unplug/plug it back in.
This was never an issue on stock firmware for 4 years now so it has to be the new firmware is my guess.
Anyone have suggestions or input on something I may have done wrong or maybe this is a known issue they have not addressed with the v1 (or others?)
Trying to get the "Original" Firmware to reflash back to stock results in this (just hangs on compile and download)
Thank you for any... input ... on the matter 😅
Hi everyone, I have a sense75 and one day it just stopped working, no lights no nothing. It worked fine the night before but when I turned my pc on the next day it didn’t work. Would it be possible that something is fried inside? I have a tendency to leave my pc on for extended periods of time. Please help thank you
I ordered the Dekoni Cobalt for $179 and the price dropped to $159 before they even arrived. Some retailers do price match reimbursements if an item goes on sale within a certain time frame after purchase. Does Drop do that?
Ok, I'll be short. I would just like to know if it is normal to have a large number of switches not working and requiring to be changed. For my Planck build, I went with the Holy Panda X Clear, and although I absolutely love the sound and feel of these switches, I had about a dozen of them not working when first building the keyboard. A dozen out of 70 (2 packs). Fortunately, my Planck only needed 47 switches, so I had enough spare to manage a fully functional keyboard. It has been working flawlessly since then except for one more switch I had to change today because it had become suddenly inconsistent, only responding half the time to my inputs. It was fourth key from the right, lower row. So the left arrow. Which is kinda annoying when writing, navigating a document or gaming. And it has me worried some other switches will just suddenly cease to function. Considering the price of these, this kind of issue is concerning.
For the record, even though for some of those switches it...
Hi there, before i kick keyboard out and order Wooting :) can anyone help me out.

How to get rid of this? I tried all kind of ports, install drivers, restart PC...

I wonder what you would recommend for my first keyboard I'm making.
I've ordered :
Drop CTRL Aluminum Case
Drop CTRL V2 Mechanical Keyboard PCBA
Now, I wonder it is necessary to get foam? why should i use it versus not using. I want a stable keyboard that doesn't bend on the PCB when i type "violently"my word lol. I'm a passionate typer !
Should this be enough considering i have already the key caps and switches ?
Would the led diffuser for Ctrl be back in stock in the near future?
I got a MassDrop Ctrl V1 back in 2018, and I recently saw the V2 upgrades. I can’t wait to get all the upgrade kits, though it seems the following diffuser is currently unavailable:
https://drop.com/buy/drop-mechanical-keyboard-led-diffusers?defaultSelectionIds=962849
I learned that I need to get this diffuser in order to make the foam upgrade compatible. May I ask if this will be back in stock in the future? Thanks!
Is Drop gonna ever do a League of Legends Collection?
Just wondering if it was already done or if Drop will ever plan on doing a collection featuring League of Legends themes or characters or other Riot IP's.
Hi all,
I have an Enter67 V1 and was wondering if Kezewa offers non-flex cut pcb's for it. If not are there alternatives I can purchase that will fit the case?
Is the TV Speaker bottle necked because it is intended for a digital signal? If so, how do I optimize it (preferably most effective appraoch) or should I just get new speakers for the same cost it would be to optimize this.
