In the TWS1X, we took the road less traveled—giving Axel Grell the opportunity to fine-tune and unveil a host of all-new technologies. Front and center is the psycho-acoustical Noise Annoyance Reduction (NAR) system: a step forward in sound reduction that combines the best of active and passive noise-canceling. Where other earphones only use active systems—which cover up to 800 hertz—the TWS1X also features passive insulation to reduce mid-high and high-frequencies. This passive design pairs with an advanced active algorithm that analyzes incoming frequencies to cancel noise without degrading sound quality. Inside, grell’s custom-designed 10-millimeter dynamic drivers work in harmony with the TWS1X’s housings to deliver detailed and punchy audio. Combined with a patent-pending Multilayer Turbulence Eliminator (MTE) microphone array for ultra-clear calls—plus Bluetooth 5.2, a 45-hour battery life, and support for wireless charging—these components put the TWS1X in a class of its own, in every category.
